Optional purchases that keep the core games free. In Luma Words that means coin packs, optional short ads and Luma Plus, an optional subscription.

Go to Settings → Account → Reset progress. This is permanent and cannot be undone. Your purchase history is unaffected.

Open the game, go to Settings → Purchases → Restore. Make sure you're signed into the same App Store or Google Play account.
